1 Pound of Cherry Tomatoes



1/2 Kilo de tomates Cherry

Aceite de Oliva

Wash well and cut the tomatoes in half.

Place on a cooking sheet, drizzle with olive oil, salt and herbs.

Preheat the oven to 250F and place cooking sheet until the tomatoes are dry (15 to 20 minutes).

Don’t over cook, they are supposed to be soft in the inside

Let cool and store in a glass jar covered with quality olive oil

Lavar y cortar los tomates por la mitad

Colocar en una bandeja de hornear y salar ligeramente, espolvorear con las hierbas y rociar con el aceite de oliva

Hornear a 250F (120C) hasta que sequen, (15 a 20 minutos) pero no dejen que se achicharren y más bien que queden blandos por dentro. 

Dejar enfriar y guardar en frascos de vidrio cubiertos de buen aceite de olivas.
